Upon receiving your request, we will promptly verify your identity and proceed with the deletion process, ensuring your data is securely erased.

Data Retention Policy: Our policy mandates the deletion of personal data for users who do not subscribe or update the app within 90 days. This includes, but is not limited to, personal identifiers, app usage data, and any generated content within Click Training.

Data Types and Retention Period:

• Personal Identifiers: Includes email addresses, user names, and account details, which are deleted if there is no subscription or app update within 90 days.
• App Usage Data: Encompasses usage statistics and preference settings, subject to deletion under the same conditions.
• Generated Content: Any content created by the user within the app will be removed after the 90-day period if no subscription or update occurs.

Please note that while we aim to completely erase your data from our servers, some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Such retention will be in compliance with our privacy policy and applicable legal requirements, specifying the nature and duration of the retention.
